As its range of specialist techniques developed and following requests from local authority clients CFB have in the last few years started to carry out small to medium sized multidisciplinary civil engineering projects. These projects usually involve many of the company’s traditional work areas as well as general civil/building works.

CFB have acted as principle contractor, successfully completing projects ranging in value from £20,000 – £500,000. These have included Refurbishment of Bridges and Multi-storey car parks, Reconstruction of reinforced concrete retaining structures, Replacement of damaged Pre-cast, Prestressed concrete bridge beams, and replacement of bridge bearings.
 
Our project management team possess many years experience in building and civil engineering as well as all the necessary planning and co-ordination skills required to guide these projects to successful completion for both the client and the company. Our Health and Safety systems have passed the stringent CHAS criteria and the company takes the safety of its workforce and the general public as its No 1 priority.
